ROOFING & CLADDING ESTIMATOR

£40,000–£70,000 per annum + Profit Sharing

Location: Canvey Island, Essex or Milton Keynes

With ambitious plans for the future, we’re looking for an experienced Roofing & Cladding Estimator to join our collaborative office team and play an important role in the next stage of our growth.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for preparing accurate and commercially competitive estimates for commercial and industrial roofing and cladding projects.

Key responsibilities include

* Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.

* Preparing material take-offs and labour estimates.

* Pricing metal profile sheeting, built-up and composite roofing and cladding systems.

* Estimating overcladding, strip-and-re-sheet, refurbishment and new-build projects.

* Obtaining and reviewing supplier and manufacturer quotations.

* Attending site visits where required.

* Preparing tender submissions and supporting project handovers.

* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business.

ABOUT YOU

* Proven experience estimating commercial and industrial metal roofing and cladding projects.

* A good understanding of overcladding, strip-and-re-sheet and refurbishment works.

* The ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.

* A proactive, collaborative approach to working.

Experience with systems from Kingspan, Tata, Euroclad or CA Group would be advantageous.
