We're supporting a leading rotary aviation operator in the search for a Chief Technician to oversee their Wolverhampton maintenance base. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced UK CAA B1.3 or B2 Licensed Engineer looking to step into a key leadership role within a busy Part-145

environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and mentoring the engineering team

Managing day-to-day maintenance operations and aircraft availability

Ensuring regulatory compliance and high engineering standards

Coordinating with Operations and the Head of Maintenance

Overseeing tooling, spares, fuel assets, and facility management

Driving safety, training, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

CAA B1.3 or B2 License

Strong rotary-wing maintenance experience

Leadership or supervisory experience

Excellent understanding of Part-145 operations and compliance

Location & Hours

Wolverhampton

Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30 . Due to operational requirements, flexibility will be required, including occasional weekend work. Any hours worked beyond 35 hours per week are accrued as Time Off in Lieu (TOIL).

Occasional travel to other UK bases, including overnight stays when required
