Salary: £12.80 per hour

Location: Aldergrove Manor, WV4 4AD

About the role

The role of a Senior Care Assistant is to provide high quality personal care, support our residents needs and provide person-centred care whilst also being confident in leading a team of care staff. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our residents lives. We pride ourselves on training, and you will receive training from your first day of work.

The ideal candidate

Previous experience as a senior carer in a care or nursing home is essential

Experience with adult complex care is preferred

Medication trained

NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards
