Product Manager - Multi-Unit Sites & Managed Services | Chester (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Product Manager - Multi-Unit Sites & Managed Services to join the Product team at Forge Holiday Group.

At Forge Holiday Group, we're home to market-leading brands including Sykes Holiday Cottages, Forest Holidays and Bachcare, with over 1,700 colleagues working together to create unforgettable holiday experiences.

The Essentials

• £65,000 - £70,000 DOE
• Chester HQ (Hybrid - minimum 2 days in the office)
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• Product Management - Owner

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning the vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for owner services and managed offerings
• Building scalable, revenue-generating services that help owners maximise performance and profitability
• Shaping AI-powered service discovery and recommendation experiences for owners
• Using experimentation, analytics and owner feedback to drive product decisions
• Partnering across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success and Commercial teams to deliver meaningful outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Extensive Product Management experience with ownership of complex, revenue-generating products or services
• Strong product strategy, roadmap and outcome-measurement expertise
• Experience building or scaling managed services, marketplace products, owner services or similar B2B2C solutions
• Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• Experience working with AI-powered solutions, APIs, integrations or service-based architectures
