Property Relationship Manager - Students Team

We’re looking for a proactive, people focused Property Relationship Manager to join our thriving Students team and deliver an exceptional experience for landlords, tenants and contractors. This is a full time position paying an OTE up to £29,500.

What you'll be doing

• Building strong relationships and acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
• Managing your property portfolio, coordinating repairs and overseeing maintenance.
• Arrange and coordinate property inspections and mid-term checks
• Ensuring properties meet all relevant safety, legal and compliance standards
• Resolving queries and complaints, managing expectations and handling challenging conversations.
• Managing tenancy notices and keeping up to date with industry legislation.

What we're looking for

• Background in Property Management or Property industry advantageous.
• Ability to demonstrate exceptional Customer Service, and the ability to resolve complaints.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A confident, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Confidence in building relationships and navigating difficult conversations.
• A keen interest in property and a desire to learn and develop.
