Are you an experienced Catering Manager or Unit Manager ready to take the next step in your career? Do you love creating great food experiences, leading teams and building strong client relationships?

At Eurest, we’re looking for a passionate Catering Manager to join our team at Cambridge Consultants in Cambridge. You’ll lead a busy catering operation, serving around 400 clients each day with a fantastic range of healthy, hearty and delicious food across our hot food counter, salad bar and deli bar.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the catering operation: Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring excellent food quality, service and presentation.
• Creating great food experiences: Deliver fresh, healthy and hearty meals across our hot food, salad and deli offers.
• Building client relationships: Work closely with the client to understand their needs, maintain high standards and continually improve the service.
• Developing your team: Lead, motivate and support colleagues, providing training and development to help everyone perform at their best.
• Managing financial performance: Take ownership of budgets, stock control, cost management and P&L performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
• Maintaining compliance: Ensure all Health & Safety, food safety and allergen standards are consistently met.
• Driving continuous improvement: Keep standards high, encourage new ideas and ensure customers enjoy a consistently great experience.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a Catering Manager or Unit Manager role within food and hospitality.
• A genuine passion for great food, customer service and hospitality.
• A good understanding of financial management, budgets and P&L.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, develop and get the best out of a team.
• Confidence in building positive relationships with clients and customers.
• A hands-on, organised approach, with the ability to manage a busy operation.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport would be an advantage.
