Global Travel & Cruise is looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded Store Manager to lead our Nantwich branch and help us continue to grow.

We’re an independent, family-owned and female-led travel business, established by the original founders and recognised with multiple industry awards. We specialise in luxury tailor-made holidays, long-haul travel, touring, cruising and expedition adventures, offering our clients a genuinely personal service and holidays designed around them.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines a passion for travel with strong sales ability, excellent customer service and the confidence to inspire a team.

The role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running and commercial performance of our Nantwich store, leading by example and creating a positive, sales-focused environment.

* Driving sales, profitability and branch performance.

* Leading, motivating and developing the team.

* Building strong client relationships and generating repeat business and referrals.

* Converting enquiries into bookings and maximising sales opportunities.

* Maintaining exceptional customer service and professional standards.

* Developing your own client portfolio while supporting the wider team.

* Building the branch’s reputation and contributing to the continued growth of Global Travel & Cruise.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, you will have experience in travel retail, a strong understanding of holiday sales and a proven ability to deliver results. Previous management or supervisory experience is highly desirable.

You’ll be commercially driven, organised and confident in leading a team. You’ll enjoy building relationships with clients and suppliers, spotting opportunities and encouraging those around you to achieve their best.

Above all, you’ll share our passion for travel and understand the importance of personal service, attention to detail and creating exceptional holiday experiences.
