Pay: £13.95 per hour – Senior Support Worker | £13.45 per hour – Support Worker

Hours: 20–40 hours per week

We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Senior Support Workers and Support Workers to join our brand-new Supported Living Service, Stanley House in Crewe.

Located in the heart of Crewe, Stanley House provides high-quality specialist supported living for 12 adults aged 18 and over, across 10 self-contained flats and 2 adapted bungalows.

The roles

Senior Support Worker

£13.95 per hour | 40 hours per week

As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll take a key role in supporting the people we support while helping colleagues deliver consistently high-quality, person-centred support.

You’ll help with the day-to-day running of the service, provide guidance and support to colleagues, promote best practice and ensure the people we support are safe, respected and empowered.

Support Worker

£13.45 per hour | 20 or 40 hours per week

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred support to adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and physical health needs.

• Build confidence and develop new skills

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, particularly for the Senior Support Worker position.
