Walfinch East Barnet is seeking a passionate, confident and motivated CQC Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional who is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care, developing a strong team and maintaining high standards of CQC compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day management of our domiciliary & live-in care service.

Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.

Lead, motivate and support our care team.

Manage care quality, assessments, risk management and service improvement.

Build strong relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.

Work closely with the business owner to support the continued growth and success of the service.

What We're Looking For

Previous management experience in domiciliary care, ideally as a CQC Registered Manager.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care or an appropriate equivalent.

Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.

Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
