About The Role

As Deputy Care Home Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading the home and supporting the Home Manager to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. You’ll guide and inspire your team, ensuring residents receive the highest standards of dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.

You’ll be hands-on, visible, and proactive—creating a positive environment for residents, families, and staff alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the day-to-day running of a busy nursing and residential care home
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing care team
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and best practice
• Drive a culture of person-centred care
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Contribute to continuous improvement and service excellence

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both clinical expertise and leadership energy:

• Registered Nurse (essential)
• Experience in a leadership role within a 60+ bed care home
• Strong background in dementia and general nursing care
• Confident knowledge of CQC regulations
• A natural leader who motivates and develops teams
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care
