Prime Collection is an independent residential sales and lettings agency based in Fitzrovia, working across Marylebone, Mayfair and Bloomsbury. We’re growing our sales division and want a senior negotiator who wants to build their own pipeline with real backing, not be one name among fifty at a corporate agency.

THE PACKAGE

• On-target earnings of £75,000
• Basic salary up to £40,000, depending on experience and track record
• A live book of existing instructions to sell from day one, plus full support to build your own
• Direct access to the Directors, with quick decisions and no layers of sign-off
• Full-time, permanent, based at 18A Hanson Street, W1W 6UE

THE ROLE

• Win new sales instructions through valuations, prospecting and your own network
• Sell from our existing portfolio of instructions
• Run sales end to end: valuation, marketing, viewings, offers and negotiation, through to exchange and completion
• Progress sales actively with buyers, sellers, solicitors and brokers so deals don’t fall through
• Negotiate with high-net-worth and international buyers and sellers

YOU HAVE

• 5+ years in London residential sales
• A provable record of winning instructions and completing sales
• Strong knowledge of sales compliance, including anti-money laundering checks and material information requirements
• The confidence to price property honestly and handle demanding clients
• Drive. You own your pipeline, and you want your earnings to reflect it
