We’re Hiring: Senior Lettings Negotiator | Fitzrovia, London | £75,000 OTE, uncapped commission

Prime Collection is an independent residential lettings and sales agency based in Fitzrovia, working across Marylebone, Mayfair and Bloomsbury. We’re growing our lettings division and want a senior negotiator who wants to build and own a serious portfolio, not sit on a call sheet at a corporate agency.

THE PACKAGE

  • On-target earnings of £75,000
  • Basic salary up to £45,000, depending on experience and track record
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time, permanent, based at 18A Hanson Street, W1W 6UE

THE ROLE

  • Win new landlord instructions through your own prospecting and network
  • Run lettings end to end: valuation, marketing, viewings, offers, referencing and right-to-rent, through to tenancy start
  • Negotiate terms with landlords and tenants, many of them high-net-worth and international
  • Grow and retain a high-value landlord portfolio

YOU HAVE

  • 5+ years in London residential lettings
  • A provable record of winning your own instructions and hitting fee targets
  • Solid working knowledge of the Renters’ Rights Act, deposit protection and lettings compliance
  • The confidence to handle demanding clients and difficult negotiations
  • Drive. You own your pipeline, and you want your earnings to reflect it
