Rent and Legal Protection Officer

Ever tried balancing commercial performance with the need to protect landlords, clients & the business from risk? As our Rent & Legal Protection Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how KFH manages its rent protection offering. Based at our Wimbledon Head Office, this role offers a salary of £40,000 and a hybrid working pattern of four days in the office and one day from home.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our rent & legal protection proposition is managed effectively, delivering positive outcomes for landlords, supporting our branch network & helping to minimise business risk through consistent processes, expert guidance & strong stakeholder engagement.

What you'll be doing

• Drive the effective management & performance of the Rent & Legal Protection function across the business
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance & support to internal stakeholders on rent protection matters
• Work closely with operational teams to improve processes, compliance & service delivery
• Monitor policy performance, claims activity & key trends to identify opportunities for improvement
• Build strong relationships with external providers & key business stakeholders
• Support the delivery of business objectives by ensuring products & processes remain effective and commercially viable
• Produce reporting & management information to support operational decision-making
• Investigate issues, identify root causes & implement solutions that improve customer outcomes
• Ensure all activity is carried out in line with relevant legislation, company policies & regulatory requirements
• Contribute to wider operational projects & continuous improvement initiatives across the business

What you'll need
