iO Associates has partnered with a global Semiconductor organisation to hire a Quality & Warranty Data Analyst to help transform complex and fragmented quality/warranty data into trusted, accessible, and actionable insight.

This role will focus on building and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions that provide a consistent, standardised view of quality and warranty performance across regional and global stakeholders. A key objective is creating a "single source of truth" to reduce local analysis effort and allow teams to focus on improvement initiatives rather than data preparation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve quality and warranty dashboards used by regional and global stakeholders
  • Consolidate and connect data from multiple business systems into reliable and consistent reporting datasets
  • Analyse complex, interconnected data sources to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers
  • Build and maintain data structures, calculations, and reporting logic underpinning the Quality team's reporting foundations
  • Deliver accurate, timely insights to support decision-making across Quality, Engineering, Service, Operations, and senior leadership
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into practical dashboards and analytical solutions
  • Improve data quality through validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and ongoing monitoring
  • Create standardised reporting solutions to reduce duplication across regions/product companies
  • Support forecasting, performance measurement, and continuous improvement activities through robust analysis
  • Maintain documentation, definitions, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and transparency

Requirements

  • Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering (or similar discipline)
  • 2-5 years' experience in data analysis, reporting, and/or BI roles
  • Strong analytical capability across large and complex datasets
  • Hands-on dashboarding/reporting experience (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Solid knowledge of data modelling, data transformation, and reporting best practice
  • Strong SQL and data manipulation skills
  • Able to communicate insights clearly and present data in a business-friendly format
  • High attention to detail, strong ownership of data accuracy and integrity
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience working with data from multiple systems/sources is beneficial

Why this role

You'll work with some of the most complex quality and warranty datasets in the organisation and help shape how data is used across a global business. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making and enable teams to be proactive (not reactive) in driving continuous customer quality improvement.
