Linq Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist school seeking to appoint two Teaching Assistants to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and supportive environment.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils both inside and outside the classroom. You will play a key role in encouraging engagement, promoting positive behaviour, and helping create a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

Requirements

• Level 1 or Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable but not essential
• Previous experience working with children is advantageous
• Training and support can be provided for the right candidates
• A genuine passion for working with young people is essential
