Job Title: Temporary Till Operator (3 Months)

Location: Boundary Outlet - Grantham

Hours: 10 hours a week working Saturday and Sunday

Role Overview

As a Till Operator, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service at the checkout. You’ll ensure transactions are processed efficiently, provide a welcoming experience, and leave customers with a positive impression of Boundary Outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tills and handle transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with bagging items and handling queries during checkout.
• Maintain a tidy and organised till area.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including security and health and safety.
• Support team members during busy periods to provide seamless service.

• Previous experience in retail or till operations is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
