Job Title: Community Link Worker

Contract Type: Fixed Term to 31/03/2027 (with the expectation of extension, subject to contract renewal)

Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday (some weekend & evening flexibility required) Full or part time applications will be considered

Location: GP practices within the Gateshead Primary Care Network / hybrid working

Salary: £27,994 FTE per annum

Benefits: 25 days holiday per year, plus statutory holidays pro rata

Candidates Must Be Able To

• link with community development activity
• deliver safe and effective practice

You will need to have experience of supporting vulnerable people with complex needs and work within Edberts House’s unique values.

An enhanced DBS is required for this post.
