- Maintaining robust records to support change management, claims and variation submissions.
- Managing the subcontract procurement process, including tendering, evaluation, appointment and contract administration.
- Ensuring subcontract agreements appropriately reflect and flow down main contract obligations and responsibilities.
- Managing subcontractor accounts, payments and commercial performance in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.

- Ensuring compliance with Balfour Beatty's Business Management System (BMS) and Group Minimum Commercial Expectations.
- Utilising BIM and digital tools, where applicable, to support progress monitoring, commercial reporting, change management and variation control.
- Assisting with the management of insurance-related commercial matters and the compilation of supporting documentation where required.
- Promoting a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and commercial best practice across the project team.
- Maintaining a relentless focus on Zero Harm, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with company Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
