ROLE: Director of People & Culture

HOURS: 37 Hours per week (full time), full year post, permanent

SALARY: £54,972 - £61,860 FTE per annum

A growing Further Education college in the historic village of Saltaire, Shipley College is seeking a Director of People & Culture to develop and lead the delivery of our People Strategy and help realise our ambition to become an employer of choice. This is a high-profile role that will see you shaping culture, leading change, and ensuring that people remain at the heart of organisational success. You will play a key part in driving transformation across the College, championing employee engagement, wellbeing, and performance. Combining strategic vision with hands-on delivery, you will ensure our recruitment, retention, reward, and recognition frameworks empower staff to excel.
