Waterton Academy Trust is a thriving primary-only multi-academy trust serving communities across Wakefield and Barnsley. With 16 primary schools and five specialist settings, we are committed to ensuring every child receives the support, opportunities and education they need to flourish.

As our SEND provision continues to grow, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Trust SENCO to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with school leaders, SENCOs, staff, families and external agencies to strengthen inclusive practice and help ensure children and young people with additional needs achieve their full potential. You will play an important role in supporting schools, sharing best practice and helping to develop high-quality SEND provision across the Trust.

We are seeking a collaborative professional with a strong understanding of SEND, a commitment to inclusion and a genuine desire to improve outcomes for children and families.
