Salary: £42,612 - £50,949 (pro rata)
Part-time, permanent (29.6 hours per week)
Working as our Occupational Health & Wellbeing Advisor you’ll deliver and evolve a forward-thinking Occupational health service. You’ll actively promote wellbeing to optimise attendance and empower our people to thrive.
You will be contributing to a culture where wellbeing and high performance are aligned.
What you’ll be doing
Undertaking case management and producing management reports to assess and authorise recuperative duties, adjustments and return to work programmes.
Providing advice, guidance and support to staff, managers and HR
Participating in a range of case conferences, providing health/ medical advise to assist with decision making
The must haves
Registered nurse and hold a post graduate diploma or undergraduate degree in Occupational Health
Experience of working as an Occupational Health Advisor, providing advice and guidance
Knowledge of health surveillance and fitness for work assessments
