Contracts Manager – Roofing, Cladding & Rainscreen.

About the role

Roofdec Ltd is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team, overseeing the successful delivery of roofing, cladding and rainscreen projects across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning through to completion and handover.
• Oversee site programmes, labour, materials and resources.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and quality.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
• Monitor project performance, progress and reporting.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in roofing, cladding and rainscreen systems is essential.
• Previous experience in a Contracts Manager role.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction site operations and health and safety.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Location & Working Arrangements

This is a UK-based, fully on-site position, requiring regular attendance at construction sites across the UK. This is not a remote or hybrid role.

Our ideal candidate will already be living in the UK, preferably in Yorkshire, the North West or the Midlands, and must be able to travel to project locations as required.
