Location: Monmouth / Newport, South Wales

Hours: 35 hours per week

Pay: £25 per hour

Requirement: Full UK driving licence

We are looking for a compassionate, professional and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team and support individuals to receive safe, effective and personalised care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care tailored to each individual's needs.
• Assess, monitor and review individuals' health conditions and care needs.
• Develop, implement and evaluate person-centred care plans.
• Administer medication and treatments in accordance with prescriptions, policies and professional guidance.
• Monitor changes in health and escalate concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure confidentiality.
• Support and guide care staff, sharing clinical knowledge and best practice where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and the wider care team.
• Promote safeguarding, infection prevention, dignity, choice and independence.
• Follow relevant legislation, clinical standards and organisational policies.

Essential Requirements

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous nursing experience; community or domiciliary care experience is desirable.
• Full, valid UK driving licence and ability to travel between service locations.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication, organisation and clinical decision-making skills.
• A compassionate, reliable and person-centred approach.
• Commitment to safeguarding, professional development and high standards of care.
