The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role will involve creating artwork and branding solutions for a wide range of garments, signage, and promotional materials while ensuring all customer branding is accurately represented across print and embroidery applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proofing garments and preparing customer artwork for approval
• Setting up and adjusting logos to align with customer branding guidelines
• Creating artwork for print, embroidery, and promotional products
• Designing signage, banners, and branded materials
• Designing merchandise and marketing materials
• Preparing print-ready files for production
• Liaising with customers and internal teams regarding artwork amendments
• Ensuring consistency and accuracy across all branding projects
• Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in a graphic design role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• InDesign
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Alternatively, experience using Affinity programmes would also be considered
• Strong understanding of branding and layout design
• Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• An interest in marketing and branding would be beneficial
• Experience within print, embroidery, signage, or branded workwear industries is beneficial but not essential
