Property Litigation Fee Earner

We are seeking a Property Litigation Fee Earner to join our growing Property Litigation department at our Preston Office. Main Responsibilities

· Managing new litigation enquiries, assessing the issues and identifying the appropriate course of action.

· Conducting initial client meetings and taking detailed instructions.

· Drafting letters before action, correspondence, pleadings and other legal documentation.

· Managing straightforward cases from initial instruction through to conclusion.

· Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are managed in line with the Vincent’s compliance and quality standards.

· Supporting the wider Litigation team with more complex matters where required.

Requirements

· At least 2 years’ experience working within Litigation.

· Ideally CILEX qualified or 0 – 2 years PQE as a Solicitor.

· Confidence in managing a Property Litigation caseload.

· A genuine interest in developing your career within Property Litigation.
