Head of Hospitality & Hotel Services

We’re looking for an inspiring, commercially astute and hands-on Head of Hospitality & Hotel Services to lead and elevate culinary, catering, housekeeping, laundry and hospitality services across our estate of 26 care homes.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this is an exciting opportunity to shape a group-wide vision, raise standards and make a tangible difference to the everyday lives of our residents.

What you’ll bring to the table

• Culinary excellence: A strong professional background as a Head Chef, Executive Chef or senior culinary leader, with the credibility to inspire chefs and champion outstanding food.

• A passion for people: A genuine commitment to resident choice, nutrition, wellbeing and creating warm, welcoming environments.

• Strategic vision with sleeves rolled up: The ability to set ambitious standards across multiple sites while getting hands-on when teams need your expertise.

• Commercial confidence: Experience managing budgets, suppliers, food safety, compliance and performance, delivering lasting improvements without compromising quality.

• Inspirational leadership: The ability to build capable teams, challenge the status quo and turn great ideas into consistent, everyday practice.

Experience in care homes or other highly regulated environments would be an advantage.
