We're looking for a driven, resilient and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days waiting for things to happen. You'll be building relationships, winning business, speaking to people, negotiating deals and juggling multiple priorities.

Some days will be chaotic, some will be brilliant, and occasionally they'll be both.

What you'll be doing

• Building and developing your own recruitment desk.
• Winning new business and building long-term client relationships.
• Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates.
• Negotiating fees, managing offers and closing deals.
• Managing multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Taking ownership of the full recruitment process, from first conversation to placement.

Who you are
