Job Title: Local Business Development Manager – Audi

Location: Walton Audi, Walton-on-Thames

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm

About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded

Local Business Development Manager (LBDM) for Audi, based at our Walton Audi dealership.

You’ll be responsible for growing Audi’s business and fleet sales by building relationships with local businesses, generating new leads and developing long-term corporate partnerships across the region.

You’ll help raise brand awareness, identify new opportunities and deliver tailored Audi solutions to business customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business and fleet sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with local businesses, company directors and fleet managers.
• Generate leads through networking, prospecting and business visits.
• Recommend suitable Audi vehicles and finance solutions.
• Manage customer accounts and develop repeat business.
• Work with sales and aftersales teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Achieve sales targets and report on business development activity.

About You

You’ll be confident, proactive and passionate about building relationships and winning new business.

• Experience in B2B sales, business development or fleet sales is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Commercially aware, organised and target-driven.
• Able to work independently while supporting the wider team.
• Full UK driving licence essential.
