  • £30K+ (negotiable depending on experience) pro rata - Plus Commission – Pension - Staff Discounts.32 hours per week – On site (this is not a remote working position) Grey Trees Brewery are looking for a performance driven person to join our team as aSales and Operations specialist. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Directly driving volume, revenue, and brand awareness
  • Using relevant software to manage the customer journey including credit control and detailed customer knowledge.
  • Actively focus on sales and customer management
  • Working with or adapting existing brewery office systems for business benefit
  • Identifying and establishing potential areas of growth for sales
  • Working with the team to organise and implement marketing & promo campaigns, including social media
  • Working closely with the whole team to organise efficient operations and delivery runs
  • Manage and maintain all stock levels and sales demands via effective communication and production planning
  • Keep the whole team up to date with relevant industry news and changes
  • A knowledge or some understanding of the beer industry, specifically relating to market trends.
  • Confident on the phone with a natural ability to engage customers
  • Experience of sales to on and off trade with direct focus on customer management.
  • IT Literate and the ability to explore and implement new and appropriate systems
  • Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to continuously track and monitor Customer trends and behaviours
  • Ability to track and provide management data i.e. Sales trends, Commission Values, customer feedback and cost analysis
  • Motivated and driven to achieve positive outcomes with a desire to progress in the role
  • Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
  • The right to work in the UK
