As an Account Manager, you will support day-to-day selling activities, learning portfolio depth and partner processes. You will respond to inquiries, verify availability, and coordinate with operations to meet customer timelines. You will continuously build product knowledge and contribute to partner resources.

You will

• Generate quotes and verify SKU details, pricing, and lead-times.
• Track orders and communicate status updates; escalate holds and exceptions.
• Log interactions and next steps in CRM; prepare simple proposals and summaries.
• Participate in enablement sessions and shadow complex deals.

Essential Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Organization and time management with multiple requests in queue.
• Ability to learn product features quickly and explain value clearly.
• Accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Teamwork and responsiveness across Sales and Operations partners.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field a plus.
• Experience with CRM/CPQ or quoting tools a plus.
