About the Team and Business Line

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Data Transformation team, you will help support Citco’s evolution of digital offerings – shaping how new platforms and technologies can be embedded across our platforms and improved offerings to clients. You will work with senior stakeholders across Product, Technology, Client Service, and Operations to move strategic projects from feasibility, research and evaluation into proven, production-ready capabilities for Citco’s clients.

Your Role

The Associate Vice President owns the research, commercial analysis and delivery that underpins Citco’s research strategy, and acts as a specialist and representative for senior leadership. You will help push projects forward – shaping product direction, keeping delivery on track, and helping stakeholders understand how the product works and why it matters. Responsibilities include:

• Product Strategy & Development

  • Help the project sponsor advance Citco’s digital-asset product agenda, identifying new product streams and differentiation opportunities in response to emerging industry trends and the competitor landscape

  • Lead vendor research where vendor tools are available/ applicable

  • Produce high-quality analysis and insight to support product and investment decisions

  • Maintain and share deep industry knowledge across market, competitor and technology developments in digital assets

• Product Delivery

  • Help push digital-asset projects forward, keeping workstreams moving against agreed goals, timelines, and next steps

  • Work with cross-functional teams to move initiatives from research and evaluation through to delivery to clients

  • Track progress against milestones and keep senior stakeholders informed on status, risks and decisions needed

• Specialist & Representative

  • Act as a subject-matter specialist and representative for digital asset projects, and a point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders

  • Inform and educate colleagues on emerging work, how it applies to Citco’s products and clients, translating complex detail into clear, accessible messaging

  • Prepare management team presentations, executive summaries and business cases for senior audiences as needed

About You

• You have a quantitative background with a Bachelor/higher-level degree or professional qualification (MBA, MSc).

• Experience across product management, research and product marketing.

• Strong writing skills and proven ability to summarize and interpret complex information for varied audiences.

• Working knowledge of tokenization, digital assets or distributed-ledger technology, and how it applies to fund services.

• Familiarity with fund-services systems and data flows (e.g. Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting) is a strong plus.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable building executive-ready materials.

• 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably with knowledge of Private Assets and/or Fund Administration.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with strong stakeholder-management ability.

• Aspirations to become a subject-matter expert in tokenization and digital assets within Product Management.

• Someone who enjoys project-based work and collaboration across functional teams, with no two days the same.
