Head of Adult Services

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Adult Services to lead a diverse portfolio of services supporting older people, adult mental health, social prescribing, perimenopause support and community wellbeing. As a member of our senior leadership team, you’ll provide strategic direction, support high-performing teams and ensure our services continue to make a meaningful difference to people across Kent.

Hours of work: Full-time (37.5hrs or as agreed)

Annual leave: 30 days plus bank holidays (pro rata)

Salary: Up to £45,995 per annum (pro rata)

Contract: Permanent

Responsible to: CEO

Based: Flexible, with regular travel to Involve Kent Offices and service locations
