At Forestside Dental Practice, we’re looking for a qualified, GDC Registered Dental Nurse to join our very friendly and experienced team in the beautiful New Forest.
We’re proud of our supportive working environment and are looking for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in patient care and is keen to develop their clinical skills across different areas of dentistry.
The role is offered at 25.5 hours per week; however, we’d be happy to discuss additional hours with the right candidate.
Our working hours vary depending on the needs of the practice, with shifts scheduled between 7:30am and 8:15pm. Most shifts are around six hours, although 12-hour shifts are also worked within the practice. You’ll therefore need to be flexible and comfortable working across this range of hours.
No minimum level of experience is required, so newly qualified Dental Nurses are very welcome to apply. We’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for providing excellent patient care.
Nestled on the edge of the beautiful New Forest, Forestside Dental Practice has proudly served the Dibden Purlieu community for over 26 years. We’ve built a strong reputation for providing high-quality dental care, supported by a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
The practice is conveniently located close to the town centre and directly opposite the train station, making it easily accessible by public transport and car. While there is no on-site parking, there are a range of nearby parking options, making commuting straightforward for the team.
Our purpose-built, fully refurbished practice features:
Three fully equipped surgeries.
A dedicated CBCT suite and decontamination room.
Spacious reception, waiting area and staff facilities.
A fully digital workflow, including SOE Exact, Clinipads, digital radiography, intraoral scanners, CBCT and a Zeiss microscope.
A wide range of treatments, including implant dentistry.

You’ll work alongside experienced clinicians and dental nurses, with the opportunity to broaden your clinical experience across a range of treatments within a modern and well-equipped practice. Whether you’re newly qualified or already have experience in the profession, you’ll be joining a team that values working together and supporting one another.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Qualified and GDC Registered as a Dental Nurse.
Confident providing chairside support, or keen to continue developing their clinical skills.
Interested in gaining experience across different areas of dentistry.
Friendly, approachable and patient-focused.
Organised, reliable and a good communicator.
A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
Enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn.
Committed to maintaining high standards of infection prevention and control.
Flexible and able to work shifts between 7:30am and 8:15pm, including occasional 12-hour shifts.
GDC registration is essential, but no minimum number of years’ experience is required. Newly qualified Dental Nurses are encouraged to apply.
