Develop and maintain manufacturing processes that meet customer, quality, and business requirements.
Support new product introduction activities including process design, PFMEA, capability studies, customer qualification, and production readiness reviews.
Provide technical support for production activities and manufacturing improvement initiatives.
Lead and support process improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Investigate and resolve manufacturing issues using structured problem-solving techniques.
Create and maintain manufacturing routings, process documentation, work instructions, and engineering records.
Work collaboratively with production, quality, engineering, and customer-facing teams to achieve business objectives.
Contribute to the adoption of new manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement practices.
Deliver training and guidance to production teams on manufacturing processes and best practices.
Any other duties deemed suitable by your line manager and as reasonably required by the business.
