Valeter / Driver - Polestar - Wakefield

We are seeking a driven and passionate Valeter / Driver to join our Polestar team. Based in Wakefield, this fast-paced and varied role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Essentials (You Must Have)

  • Full, valid UK driving licence
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team-working abilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Checking vehicles in from transport deliveries
  • Managing vehicle parking and site space efficiently
  • Overseeing vehicles being prepared for collection drivers
  • Liaising with the Fleet Team to ensure correct documentation packs are assigned to the correct vehicles
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Preparation Centre
  • Maintaining high standards across the site

  • Able to work effectively in a busy environment
  • A commitment to delivering high standards of work
  • Previous experience in a similar environment (desirable but not essential)
