Lebus Upholstery, which was established in 1840, has become one of the largest furniture manufacturers of UK produced upholstery, based in North Lincolnshire. We have a modern purpose-built 250,000 square feet factory supplying a wide range of furniture retailers across the UK and Ireland.

Contract: Permanent, part-time

Hours: 17.25 hours per week – Friday-Sunday 10am-4pm

Location: Queensway Industrial Estate, Dunlop Way, Scunthorpe, DN16 3RN

Are you passionate about customer service, furniture, and social media? We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and creative individual to join our Factory Outlet team, helping customers find the perfect furniture while showcasing our products online.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Factory Outlet & Social Media Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience both in-store and online.

In The Outlet

• Welcome customers and establish their furniture needs
• Provide knowledgeable advice on products, availability, dimensions, care, and suitability
• Support customers throughout the purchasing journey in a professional and friendly manner
• Process sales, payments, refunds, and associated paperwork accurately
• Maintain attractive displays, correct pricing, and promotional materials
• Assist with stock checks and the preparation of sold items for collection or delivery
• Keep the outlet clean, organised, and safe
• Handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally

On Social Media

• Create and publish engaging content showcasing products, promotions, and outlet activity
• Take product photographs and short videos for use across social media channels
• Monitor comments, reviews, and messages, responding professionally and promptly
• Support the growth of our online presence through creative content and customer engagement
• Share ideas and feedback to improve customer experience and increase sales opportunities

• Is confident using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Has a creative eye for photography, video content, and marketing
