We’re hiring a Sales Progressor to join our growing team in Leeds.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and confident individual with experience in sales progression or conveyancing. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where you’ll take ownership of progressing property sales from agreed to completion, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all parties involved.

Leeds

Full-time (Monday to Friday)

From £26,000 + commission

Experienced in sales progression or conveyancing

Highly organised and process-driven

Confident on the phone and a strong communicator

Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work to deadlines

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Progressing agreed sales through to completion

Liaising with solicitors, vendors, buyers, brokers and surveyors

Providing regular updates to all parties throughout the process

Managing tasks and workflows using CRM systems

Meeting KPIs and ensuring milestones are achieved on time

Handling a high volume of calls and follow-up communication

What you’ll bring:

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple transactions at once

Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve
