As part of our continued growth, we are now looking for an ambitious and motivated Transport Recruiter / HGV Recruitment Consultant to join our Redditch office.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who enjoys fast-paced recruitment, relationship building and developing business within the transport and logistics sector.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting both clients and candidates while growing your own desk within one of the UK’s most in-demand recruitment markets.

Whether you already work in transport recruitment, logistics recruitment, industrial recruitment or are an experienced recruiter looking to specialise within HGV and logistics staffing, this role offers genuine earning potential and long-term career progression.

Your Responsibilities

As a Transport Recruitment Consultant at Millison Chase, your role will include:

• Recruiting and placing HGV Class 1, Class 2, LGV and transport personnel
• Building and developing strong client relationships across the logistics sector
• Generating new business opportunities within transport and warehousing
• Writing and advertising engaging recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality candidates
• Managing candidate registrations, interviews and onboarding
• AWR
• Working Time Directive
• Driver hours regulations
• Right to Work checks
• Driver CPC requirements
• Maintaining accurate CRM and recruitment records
• Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and drivers

What We’re Looking For

Motivated, ambitious and target-driven

Confident speaking with clients and candidates

Commercially aware with strong business development skills

Organised and able to work in a fast-moving environment

Passionate about delivering excellent recruitment solutions

Experience Preferred

• Recruitment experience preferred
• Transport, HGV or logistics recruitment experience highly advantageous
• Knowledge of transport compliance beneficial but not essential
• Strong sales or customer service background considered

• £28,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission structure (5%–7.5% over threshold)
• Realistic OTE of £35,000+
• 30 days holiday including bank holidays
• Monday to Friday working hours
