Hawthorns Helper (Casual)

Here at West Bromwich Albion Football Club we have an exciting opportunity to join our matchday team as a Hawthorns Helper. This is a casual matchday contract so this may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required and in line with business needs.

As a Hawthorns Helper you will be the clubs face of help and support on matchdays and potentially events that are held at the Hawthorns Stadium. You will be part of a team that will offer guidance and assistance to visiting fans, home and away, to enhance their customer experience. You will be deployed into areas on the perimeter of the stadium pre match and into Concourses within the stadium during the match. You will be identified by a uniform provided by the club and training in customer service and Safeguarding will be provided.
