Senior Architectural Technologist/ Architect

At ctd Architects, an award-winning, design-led architectural practice based in Leek, Staffordshire, we're looking for an experienced Senior Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. • The RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position where you will play a key role in leading projects through the technical and construction stages. You'll be given responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.You will: Lead projects through Building Regulations, Tender, and Construction stages.
• Prepare technical and tender documentation and manage project delivery on site.
• Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and collaborate with colleagues across the practice.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business.

• About YouWe're looking for a motivated and talented professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects and working collaboratively within a team environment.Ideally, you will have: 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience producing Building Regulations and tender packages.
• Experience in administering construction contracts
• Proven site and construction-stage experience.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• BIM experience, preferably Autodesk Revit (training available if needed).
• Healthcare sector experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Location & Working PatternWe offer a modern working arrangement, with the majority of work undertaken from our office in Leek, Staffordshire.
