Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Truro, Cornwall

Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped commission |

OTE: £30-35,000+ in your first year

6-12+ months of sales experience is desirable, but it's not essential. If you've demonstrated progression and commitment in another industry, whether that's hospitality, retail, customer service or something similar, we'd still love to hear from you.

Based in our Truro office, you'll learn everything you need to succeed in recruitment, from sales and business development to client and candidate management. You'll build relationships, develop your own market, close deals and see the results of your hard work. Most importantly, you'll join a company where progression is taken seriously, your contribution is valued and your success is rewarded.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from business development through to candidate management, across permanent or contract recruitment
• Developing and growing your own market within Technology or Engineering
• Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and candidates
• Working towards clear targets and taking ownership of your own success
• Developing your sales, negotiation and business development skills
