The Role

As a Business-to-Business Sales Agent, you'll connect with business customers, identify their needs, and introduce energy solutions that add real value to their business.

You'll:

• Make outbound calls to prospective business customers
• Build relationships with key decision-makers
• Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
• Generate new business opportunities and manage your sales pipeline
• Confidently handle objections and secure sales
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

• Proven sales experience, ideally in B2B, B2C, telesales, contact centre or outbound sales environments
• A history of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset
• Excellent influencing, negotiation, and closing abilities
• The drive and determination to maximise your earnings
