The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll speak with customers, understand their needs and help them choose products and services that are right for them.

You will:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales conversations
• Build rapport and develop positive customer relationships
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Confidently overcome objections
• Deliver an excellent customer experience on every interaction
• Achieve individual and team performance targets
• Take ownership of your personal development and success
