Building Surveyor

Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for a role where your technical expertise, professional judgement and client skills are genuinely valued?

We’re looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Building Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in delivering the professional, expert and approachable service that we have built our reputation on.

You’ll be working across a varied portfolio of instructions, including:

• Building Surveys,
• Schedules of Dilapidations
• Defect Diagnosis
• Specifications & Schedules of Works
• Tender Analysis
• Party Wall Act administration
• Working with Block Managers and Managing Agents
• Contract Administration

You’ll be responsible for providing sound professional advice, managing client expectations and ensuring every instruction is delivered to a high professional standard.

• Experienced within a Building Surveying environment

• Ideally MRICS or AssocRICS qualified

• A confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills

• Empathetic, patient and able to put clients at ease

• Highly organised with strong time-management skills

• Self-motivated and comfortable managing a demanding workload

• Commercially aware and focused on delivering excellent service

• A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively

• IT proficient and comfortable working with CRM systems
