You’re serving up delicious Indian street food, creating the perfect cup of chai and making sure every guest leaves with a smile. No two shifts are the same, and whether you’re welcoming customers, preparing food or keeping the store looking its best, you’ll play an important part in creating the Chaiiwala experience.

Hours: Flexible part-time opportunities available (10–30 hours per week). Whether you're looking for around 10 hours a week or a larger 30-hour contract, we'd love to hear from you. We'll work with successful candidates to agree a working pattern that suits both you and the business.

As a Team Member, you’ll be an important part of the Chaiiwala team, helping us deliver great food, great service and a great experience every time.

You will:

• Welcome and serve customers with energy, warmth and a genuine smile.
• Prepare and serve our chai, drinks and food to our high standards.
• Make sure every order is accurate, fresh and presented beautifully.
• Keep the store clean, safe and welcoming for our customers and team.
• Work together with your colleagues to keep things running smoothly, even when it gets busy.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
• Get stuck in wherever you’re needed and help make every shift a success.
