Contract: Permanent (with every other weekend off)

Bowburn Manor is preparing to open its doors as Durham's newest luxury care home and we're searching for a very special individual to join our founding team.

• Design and deliver engaging wellbeing programmes.

• Organise events, activities and celebrations.

• Support meaningful one-to-one engagement.

• Encourage resident participation and independence.

• Celebrate individual interests, life experiences and achievements.

• Create opportunities that support emotional, social and physical wellbeing.
