Basic Salary: £35,000–£50,000

OTE: £60,000–£100,000

Location: Leeds City Centre – office based

Raw Selection is an executive search firm partnering with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to secure CEO, CFO, COO and other senior executive talent across the US.

We are in our next growth phase. Our first milestone is £10M in revenue. To get there, we are adding to the research team that is relentless on standards, disciplined on execution, and measured by outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Researcher / Resourcer who already knows how to identify difficult-to-find talent, engage senior candidates and turn challenging briefs into exceptional shortlists. Someone who wants to become one of the best executive search researchers in the market.

Our average search fee is £87,000, with assignments focused predominantly on CEO, CFO, COO and other senior leadership positions.

You will spend your time identifying, approaching and assessing senior executives — not working high-volume recruitment vacancies.

Own the candidate side of the search

Our model separates Business Development from Research.

The BD team wins the search. Your job is to dominate the talent market.

Requirements

• 2+ years in recruitment/executive search in a researcher/resource or delivery role
• Desire to raise the bar and raise standards in sourcing and assessment of candidates
• Operating in a fast paced and high demanding environment
• Proven track record of delivering even in the tightest of searches

Compensation

Basic Salary: £35,000 to £50,000 (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Exceptional bonus and commission structure
