Team Overview - Central Onboarding Operations:
Market and Clearing Operations support the running of core business processes on a day-to-day basis through analysis, monitoring and escalation. Responsible for ensuring that key business processes run effectively, managing data and ensuring compliance to processes. Managing issues that arise, ensuring that they are resolved or escalated, carefully managing operational risk and client needs
The Central Onboarding Operations team is a centralised resource supporting LCH Ltd for the initial onboarding process and ongoing maintenance of members, clients and investment counterparties. The team sits within Core Operations and is based in London. Central Onboarding Operations is organised across three functions, Central Onboarding, Static Data and Network Management
The role holder will support the Network Management function. The area is responsible for inbound due diligence, KYC requests and running the annual membership review process. The role provides great exposure into the operations of LCH
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating and assisting with the completion of inbound Due Diligence (“DD”) and KYC requests from our members, clients, counterparties, trade sources and third parties
- Setting up and attending DD meetings/calls
- Oversee the review process for the maintenance of the standard DD document for LCH
- Maintenance of LCH data and Counterparties within SWIFT KYC Registry
- Raising requests for KYC/AML reviews, document gathering and review

Annual membership requirements including;
- Collecting and processing of documents/information from our Members in accordance with the LCH rulebook and regulatory standards;
- Maintenance of Salesforce records;
- Assisting members with the online Salesforce community;
- Suggest and support implementation of continuous improvements and regulatory driven changes
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders internally (Sales, Compliance, Risk etc.) and externally (Members, Counterparties, etc.) with clear communication of any requirements, timelines, operational issues and delays, etc

Support the Business Manager with operational risk and business continuity tasks for the team including;
- Control Assurance – quarterly review and evidencing controls
- Completion of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment
- Review of controls / KRIs
- Business continuity assurance reviews and documentation
- Support the Central Onboarding team with Client onboarding
- Maintaining robust end-to-end checklists and procedures for all processes
- Respond to enquiries on a timely basis and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
- Prepare and distribute monthly MI and reports
- Carry out periodic review of Network Management area on the LCH Website and raise a request for any required changes
- Help to resolve operational issues in an accurate and timely manner; bringing to the attention of management where appropriate
- Continually develop a strong understanding of the importance of data integrity and carry out all requests with a quality and control mind-set
- Support internal projects from requirements gathering, through testing and to go live
