JPMorgan Chase & Co. is expanding its consumer business by launching a new digital bank in the UK. We will offer consumers a completely new banking choice when we launch in the coming months. Using the Chase brand, the bank will provide products and features tailored to meet the needs of customers in the U.K., delivered via an innovative mobile app

Our team is at the heart of building this new venture, focused on developing offerings that put the customer at the center. We have created a new organization and we are looking for solution-oriented, commercially minded, customer-focused engineers, used to working in an agile environment who want to be a part of building something new from the ground up within a diverse and inclusive team

The Role

We are seeking a talented and data-driven programmatic media buyer to help drive efficient growth across our mobile and web properties. We are an early-stage business, and you will be working in an agile environment alongside teams such as data analytics, CX, marketing and design, with plenty of opportunities to drive key initiatives and make an impact. The role will lead programmatic delivery and optimisation, forming a key part of our wider Growth team

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage online biddable media campaigns (e.g. auction/exchange-based media, audience-based buying, remarketing and affiliate campaigns)
  • Handle daily campaign maintenance, including optimisation and consistent tracking
  • Work effectively across the business, collaborating with teams to drive a clear and positive experience for our customers
  • Drive growth through optimising existing programmes, using data to uncover opportunities
  • Own reporting and analysis for the channel, making strong strategic recommendations for future campaigns
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers and partners to resolve any issues as they arise
  • Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to industry best practices and the firm's policies
  • Play an active role as part of the wider growth team on how to improve customer funnel metrics and evolve the growth strategy

Key Skills and Experience
  • Prior experience across a range of programmatic campaigns
  • Analytical and curious mindset with an aptitude to delve into data to identify trends and growth opportunities, experienced in testing
  • Hands-on experience managing end-to-end initiatives within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on effective documentation to support collaboration
  • Able to respond quickly and prioritise in an agile manner
  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working alongside product, content and creative teams
  • Experience with external data providers and platforms a plus
